The OSS (Organization of Super Spies) is an American based international espionage and defense agency run by spies that counteracts the ambitions of enemies around the world. They run a Spy Kids Division that would operate younger agents on missions in the field.

At some point, seven years before the events of All the Time in the World, the OSS shut down the Spy Kids Divison due to budget cuts. However, Juni and Carmen Cortez reopened it and became the heads of the new Spy Kids Program.

- The OSS Headquarters in Spy Kids 2 and 3 was filmed at the Henry B. González Convention Centre in San Antonio, Texas.
- The name, OSS, is a reference to the American intelligence agency that preceded the CIA during World War II, the OSS (Office of Strategic Services).
- Additionally, in the Spy Kids Adventures books, the OSS is called by its realistic name, Office of Strategic Services.
